Kevin is a Director – Category Management for The E.W. Scripps Company, which serves audiences and businesses through a growing portfolio of television, radio and digital media brands. He has been with Scripps in various roles for 29 years, first on the journalism, operational and technology categories at a Scripps TV station where his duties included purchasing and vendor management. For the last 12 years, he has been a member of the Scripps Procurement team. Kevin is responsible for enterprise wide vendor relationships in numerous categories including Travel, he is responsible for travel procurement, manages the day to day relationship with their TMC and other travel partners. Kevin is a member of the Business Travel News (BTN) advisory board.
Kimberly De Witt is Senior Director, Procurement for CF Industries, a global leader in nitrogen fertilizer manufacturing and distribution. In this capacity, Kimberly and her team are responsible for the procurement of equipment, materials and services utilized to support the manufacturing and distribution operations and she is based in the CF Deerfield, IL office.
Before joining the company in 2015, Kimberly held a variety of leadership roles in procurement at BP, Oldcastle, Disney, Diversey (formerly JohnsonDiversey, part of the SC Johnson family of companies) now Sealed Air and Morton (now part of Dow). In addition to her roles in procurement, Kimberly has worked in finance, engineering and sales for ExxonMobil and AkzoNobel.

Mindy Holden recently started as the Senior Vice President of Procurement and Real Estate for The Adecco Group, the world’s leading staffing solutions company. Mindy is based out of the Jacksonville, FL headquarters office. She and her team are responsible for managing the procurement of third party spend as well as the real estate portfolio of 620 offices in North America.
Prior to this role, Mindy was the Chief Procurement Officer and VP Real Estate and Accounts Payable for Direct Energy where she was responsible for procurement, a real estate portfolio of ~100 properties across North America, and Accounts Payable where she was focused on integrating leading practices across this team. Prior to joining Direct Energy, Mindy was responsible for category and supplier management for the Tennessee Valley Authority where she led a team to create a leading practice category management model. Mindy and her team were responsible for developing long-term strategies, management of the supply base including risk mitigation, ongoing improvement in cost, demand management, and supplier management.
Mindy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland where she graduated magna cum laude.
She is also Green Belt and DFSS certified. Mindy is on the Board for the Institute for Supply Management (ISM) Conference and served on the Boards for the Epilepsy Foundation of Texas and the Greater Houston Women’s Chamber.
In her spare time, Mindy and her husband enjoy getting to know Jacksonville and the Ponte Vedra Beach areas, spending time with their three children, and are thoroughly enjoying their newest additions to the family - two golden doodle puppies.
Following a career launch in the nonprofit space, Stacy's 15 years of experience in procurement began in e-sourcing, and later developed into procurement consulting work across sectors and categories, and finally into Marketing procurement leadership roles in the pharmaceutical and technology industries. A few of her areas of current focus and interest include supplier-enabled innovation, agency engagement optimization, and procurement approaches for not-for-profit organizations and small businesses.
Stacy currently serves as Global Supplier Value Optimization and Marketing Procurement Lead for Citrix, where she manages the compete profile of marketing and media spend across regions and divisions. Prior to Citrix, Stacy held roles in global Agencies category leadership and Marketing transformation implementation with Novartis.
Stacy holds a BA in English and Spanish from Dickinson College, as well as both an MBA in Marketing and Master of International Business from the University of Pittsburgh.
Lawrence Kane was inducted into the SIG Sourcing Supernova Hall of Fame in 2018 for inspiring, insightful, and innovative work over the course of his career. Currently responsible for Strategic Sourcing Functional Excellence, he institutionalized best practices and created innovations that were instrumental to Boeing earning the prestigious Global Excellence in Outsourcing award from the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP). A member of the SIG University Advisory Board, IAOP Training & Certification Committee, and IAOP Think Tank, he helped create many of the industry’s leading practices and regularly advances thought leadership in strategic sourcing, procurement, supplier innovation, and digital transformation at industry conferences. Over the last two decades he has saved his company more than $2.9B by architecting sourcing strategies, designing full sourcing lifecycle management processes and tools, developing future leaders, conducting procurements, negotiating with suppliers, and benchmarking resultant contracts. He is also the bestselling author of 17 books.
Lynn McKnight is Head of Procurement at Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator Facility (Jefferson Lab), a particle physics research facility located in Newport News, Virginia. The facility is one of 17 national laboratories funded by the Department of Energy. Its mission is to conduct nuclear physics research using the lab’s unique particle accelerator, known as the Continuous Electron Beam Accelerator Facility (CEBAF).
In his present capacity he is responsible for direct and indirect sourcing, procurement, strategic vision, operational planning and execution of Procurement operations. Lynn is a Supply Chain professional, having held global leadership positions in defense and commercial markets.
Prior to joining Jefferson Lab part of his 30 year career was as Director of Supply Chain Management (Ideal Innovations, Inc.), Head of Corporate Compliance and Training (SAIC) and Senior Manager Procurement and Supply Management (Kellogg Brown & Root).
Lynn holds a B.S. in Business Management from Hampton University and is certified Lean Six Sigma.
Tanita has been working in the Procurement and Sourcing field for 17 years with adjacent responsibilities in Supplier Diversity, Contracting and Vendor Risk Management. She began her career in Jacksonville, FL government procurement and then transitioned into the private sector in the Healthcare and Finance industries. As more companies began to operate globally and virtually, it was apparent that the exposure to risk through outsourcing was increasing. She began merging best practices in Contracting, Procurement, Compliance and IT Security to create strategies to effectively measure, manage and mitigate vendor risk. Tanita has served as guest lecturer in the Colleges of Business at both Bowie State University and Barton College and delivered Vendor Risk Management training to the North Florida Procurement Association of NIGP. She has also offered risk consulting through her company Vendor Information Risk Management, LLC.
Tanita holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration concentrated in Marketing from the University of North Florida and a Master’s of Science in Procurement and Contract Management from the Florida Institute of Technology. She is also Lean Six Sigma Certified and a Certified Regulatory Vendor Program Manager II.
Brian Roche is responsible
for Westfield’s enterprise procurement function which includes the development
and execution of source-to-pay programs including category management, third
party risk management, operational procurement and process automation.
Roche joined Westfield in
April 2015 from Citizens Bank, where he served in various leadership positions
managing vendor risk, strategic sourcing events and technology, and training
programs. Before that, he was Vice President, Senior Sourcing Strategist for
Key Bank National Association. In all, he brings 20 years of procurement,
financial and leadership experience to his position with Westfield.
Roche earned his graduate
degree in Information Systems Management from Case Western Reserve University,
and his undergraduate degree in Finance from Ohio University.
He is a former member of
BITS, the technology policy division of the Financial Services Roundtable, an
industry group with expertise on managing vendor risk, and served as a charter Steering
Committee member to establish the Risk Management Association’s Vendor
Management Roundtable. He is also a
current member of Sourcing Industry Group and provides thought leadership in other
industry forums in emerging areas of supply chain management.

Joe
Shatynski, P.E., C.P.M., CPSM, leads the Strategic Business Services function
at Daiichi Sankyo Inc as Senior Director – which includes the
strategic sourcing, procurement, agency management, production operations, real
estate portfolio strategy and promotional distribution functions.
Areas of focus include building a world class business
operations, strategic sourcing and supplier management program and driving
innovation, continuous improvement and efficiencies to the Procure to Pay
process.
Joe led
international procurement teams for marketing & sales at Pfizer and
Pharmacia and R&D, manufacturing & buying /planning procurement teams at
Roche. Previously, he worked in new
product process development at Roche.
Joe holds an
MBA from NYU in Marketing & International Business, an MS and BS in
Chemical Engineering from NJIT. He is a
licensed professional engineer in the state of NJ. Joe is chair emeritus of the ISM Pharmaceutical
Forum and has been named to the Industrial Advisory Board of the Chemical &
Materials Engineering Department at NJIT.
Jodi has been leading the global travel, meetings and
corporate card programs at BD for 11 years as part of the Global Procurement
organization, including two extensive acquisitions that each led to a 50%
growth in the existing travel program. With an additional 12 years of
global indirect procurement experience working for pharma and consumer goods
companies, Jodi has applied proven sourcing techniques to develop robust global
multi-year category strategies for other high-touch customer centric categories
of spend.
Ryan is Sr. Manager, Vendor Management Services at Johnson
& Johnson where he is responsible for handling relationships with the
technology suite of suppliers. Additionally, he co-manages the
relationship with key BPO suppliers ensuring alignment with business
requirements and constant exploration of process/technology efficiencies.
An accomplished, results-driven Procurement Professional with over 28 year of
experience, Ryan has extensive experience in supply chain management, plant
maintenance, project management, shared services implementation, materials
management, continuous improvement, negotiation, team leadership, and
e-procurement as well as strategic planning. Prior to Johnson &
Johnson, Ryan was the Procurement Implementation Lead in North America for SAP
with EY. Previously, Ryan has worked for Bloomin’ Brands, WestRock
(formerly RockTenn & Smurfit-Stone), Plexco (Division of Chevron Chemicals)
and the United States Air Force in a wide variety of procurement roles.
Nathan Haydn-Myer is an internationally accomplished
business leader with experience in transforming perceptions and performance
across various industries and teams. Currently he is the head of
Procurement Operations and Insights for VSP Global’s Corporate Procurement and
Travel division where he has been instrumental in renovating the processes and
image that help secure Procurement’s seat at the proverbial table. Prior to
VSP Global, Nathan lead teams in the fields of forecasting, finance and
marketing in companies such as Blue Shield of California (healthcare), Angel
(Italian early stage capital for hi-tech firms), Blackshape Aircraft (aviation)
and the MERMEC Group (railway diagnostics).
Nathan earned his MBA from UC Davis Graduate School of Management where he also
obtained a fellowship in their leadership program. He earned his
Certified Sourcing Professional certificate through SIG University, holds a
certificate in lean six sigma and is fluent in Italian.
Vivek is currently responsible for Product Management at Icertis where he holds the responsibility of drawing up product road map and features for all business apps to meet and current and emerging industry needs of customer organizations in areas of Contract Lifecycle Management and Commercial functions.
Earlier, Vivek was responsible for transformation and digitization of Airtel's global procurement, Partner Management & Supply Chain systems which include sourcing to payment, receipt to capitalization and requirement to delivery processes

Kevin
McEvoy has worked in high tech for more than 10 years, guiding companies to the
right solutions for their business objectives. With experience ranging from
dotcom to big data to artificial intelligence, Kevin has learned there is no
manual on how to buy enterprise-level software. As an account executive with
Assent Compliance, he specializes in supply chain data management for product
compliance, corporate social responsibility and vendor management, and helps
his clients find unique solutions for their regulatory compliance programs.
Sudhanshu is the Senior Director, customer Advocacy, within the Sales Organization and Business Development Group at Icertis. In this role, Sudhanshu has overall accountability for Business Development, Growth, Strategy and Delivery; focused on delivering a standardized process with an added focus on user experience and customer satisfaction. Sudhanshu manages Pharma and Insurance Industry verticals and is part of the Customer Advocacy Leadership Team within Icertis.
Sudhanshu leads Business development activity for major Pharma and Insurance customers spread across the globe, and drives Procurement contracting strategy with respect to technology, processes and organization in this space.
Sudhanshu joined Icertis 4.5 years ago as Director Professional Services and lead implementation teams across North America. Sudhanshu is very effective at spearheading efforts in developing business practices, and in directing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting assigned schedules and maintaining excellent quality.
Sudhanshu holds bachelor’s degree in Computer science and MBA in Systems management. Jon Kesman is a Global Procurement Director with Allegis Global Solutions. In this role, Jon is responsible for working with clients to implement and expand Allegis’ Services Procurement solutions to better manage complex spend categories, introducing greater visibility, increased compliance and improving efficiency and cost control.
Jon has spent his entire 20 year career in indirect procurement, with a focus on Contingent Labour and Professional Services. Jon has a breadth of experience in developing and delivering category, strategic sourcing and spend management strategies in the complex areas of Consulting, HR Services, and Legal, and also has extensive experience in implementing and managing multi-country Contingent Labour programmes.
Throughout his tenure in roles across consulting, procurement outsourcing, and steady-state strategic procurement organizations, Jon has kept focus on delivering cost savings, increasing visibility and insight, mitigating risk, introducing process efficiency and focusing on compliance to regulations and laws governing the management of non-employee resources.
Jon is a frequent presenter on his experience and successes at various procurement and industry best practice events, and he holds a B.A. in Purchasing and Operations Management from Michigan State University.
Michael Shaw is the
Founder and current chairman for the American Council of Sourcing and
Procurement Executives. The ACSPE membership serves more than 5000 practitioners
including 750+ Chief Procurement Officers and SVPs Supply Chain and publishes
to a base over more than 27,000 subscribers. The focus of the organization is
on the Future of Procurement and Supply Chain in terms of people, process and
technology with an emphasis on technology because of its ability to
dramatically change business processes and entire business models. Michael
is also currently serving on the board of the American Blockchain Council as an
Executive Director.
Michael Shaw is also the Founder and CEO of the Global Council for the Advancement of Women in Procurement. The GCAWP provides an information exchange, a discussion forum and a voice for all women involved in the professions of procurement, sourcing and supply chain. Founded in 2018, the organization already has nearly 2000 members and provides mentoring, insights and awareness for the purpose of improving career opportunities, eliminating gender bias and mistreatment of women and men in the profession.
Mr. Shaw has spoken at and chaired numerous industry conferences and was voted one of Supply and Demand Chain Magazine’s “Pros to Know” for 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018.

As the Vice President and General
Manager of Global Sales at American Express Global Business Travel (GBT),
Christina Woronchak’s responsibilities include leading a sales organization and
collectively working with companies to solve their corporate travel challenges.
She oversees a team that helps customers navigate the constantly evolving
business travel landscape including policy compliance, expense management, and
meetings and events management. Christina has been with GBT for 15 years and
enjoys being part of an organization that helps companies and their employees
prosper by making sure travelers are present where and when it matters.
Stephanie Fontaine is Business Development Consultant with
Tealbook, a machine learning platform that connects buyers and their suppliers
for faster, better and more trusted business. Stephanie is responsible for
expanding Tealbook’s partnerships with Enterprise Buyers and specifically with
those procurement organizations seeking intelligent supplier diversity
solutions.
Stephanie is a well-known
leader in the supplier diversity community, and comes to Tealbook with years of
experience building, managing and supporting programs in both Canada and the
U.S. Most recently, Stephanie was VP of Business Development with WBE Canada,
an organization that certifies women-owned businesses, and prior to that she
was in procurement with Sodexo Canada where she developed and administered the
supplier diversity program. Stephanie is a go-to supplier diversity expert,
trusted by leading corporations and government to help modernize their
procurement. She has been featured on numerous industry panels and has
conducted supplier diversity training for many organizations.
Stephanie also works with
SMEs and community organizations and is committed to empowering entrepreneurs
through sharing of knowledge and connections. She holds a Master of Business
Administration from the University of Guelph and a B.A. in Psychology from
Bishop’s University.
Dion Graham is Vice-President, Strategic Customers for SAP Ariba.
Mr. Graham, a 25-year veteran at SAP
have served in senior management roles in Sales, Solution Management, Business Development,
Consulting and Partner Alliances. Mr. Graham is currently responsible for managing
engagements with strategic customers in the Northeast region. Mr. Graham played
a key role in SAP’s $4.3B acquisition of Ariba in October 2012. Mr. Graham has
extensive expertise across SAP’s portfolio of procurement solutions including
SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP SRM and SAP Ariba. Mr. Graham is a subject matter
expert with deep expertise in procurement excellence allowing him to establish
a trusted advisor role with SAP customers.
Mr. Graham graduated from San Diego State University with a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Information Technology. Mr. Graham is a member of Triangle Technology Executives Council (TTEC), North Carolina Technology Association (NCTA) and is Co-Founder of SAP Black Employee Network (BEN). Mr. Graham is certified with the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS) and was selected as “Pros to Know” by Supply & Demand Chain Executive in 2011.
Mr. Graham resides in Chapel Hill, North Carolina with his wife Tina.
Stan Garber is the president and co-founder of Scout
RFP. He got his start in entrepreneurship early, founding ONOSYS while he was
still a student. His experiences at ONOSYS, which was acquired by LivingSocial
in 2012, made him acutely aware of the need to make enterprise commerce faster,
safer, and more transparent, which led him to co-found Scout in 2014.
Stan holds a degree in Finance and Management from the Weatherhead
School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH.
Outside of Scout, you can find Stan cooking, running, and traveling, plus being
thankful he didn't become an investment banker.
