Ryan Hill

Ryan is Sr. Manager, Vendor Management Services at Johnson & Johnson where he is responsible for handling relationships with the technology suite of suppliers.  Additionally, he co-manages the relationship with key BPO suppliers ensuring alignment with business requirements and constant exploration of process/technology efficiencies.  An accomplished, results-driven Procurement Professional with over 28 year of experience, Ryan has extensive experience in supply chain management, plant maintenance, project management, shared services implementation, materials management, continuous improvement, negotiation, team leadership, and e-procurement as well as strategic planning.  Prior to Johnson & Johnson, Ryan was the Procurement Implementation Lead in North America for SAP with EY.  Previously, Ryan has worked for Bloomin’ Brands, WestRock (formerly RockTenn & Smurfit-Stone), Plexco (Division of Chevron Chemicals) and the United States Air Force in a wide variety of procurement roles.
