Béatrice has 15+ years of increased global responsibilities in strategic indirect sourcing, production and inventory control, client management, supply chain transformation and employee engagement. She is also a recognized leader within the contingent workforce space as having led Freescale Semiconductor, her first employer, to be a Staffing Industry Analyst Case Study Contest Finalist in 2012.
Nominated in 2009 for the Austin, Young Women’s Christian Association, Leader of promise Award, she has served in various non-profit leadership roles such as founding member of the Texas Women in Business and Board Member of the Women Chamber of Commerce of Texas.
At work, she was the chair of the Freescale Women Leadership Team employee affinity group, and is currently on the AGCO Global Women Network Group’s leadership team. Native of France, Béatrice moved to the USA after earning a Master in Management, Specialization in Supply Chain from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce De Toulouse. Christian Widmann is currently the Senior Manager of Global Indirect Commodities for Welbilt, formally known as Manitowoc Foodservice. Previously he was the Director of Global Indirect Commodities at Manitowoc Cranes where he was responsible for the global spend. Two years ago The Manitowoc Company went through a corporate split and became two distinct entities. Christian's main responsibility was to ensure the separation of all contracts for both companies. His vast experience expands over 30 plus years, covering both direct and indirect procurement, and includes working in a variety of industries: higher education, luxury food and beverage, heavy construction equipment, manufacturing, government, consumer goods, and business process outsourcing to name a few.
In recent years, Christian's main focus has been on indirect procurement, implementing SAP, and assisting with manufacturing operations. His experience includes expertise in the following areas: facilities, operations, marketing, CAPEX, MRO, utilities, human resources, corporate services, professional services, travel, transportation, 3PL, outsourcing services, consultants, telecommunications, BPO, P2P and IT. Christian holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.

Christina began her career in the hospitality industry in Montreal with Holiday Inn which led to a variety of management positions and culminated with the role of Director of Sales for IHG’s National Sales Office in Canada. In 2000, she left IHG taking a leap into the business travel management arena and has been with American Express since 2003. Over the years, she has held a variety of key business development leadership roles and has had the opportunity to work with customers in the energy sector with global and national programs.
Christina is the Vice President, U.S. Middle Market Sales and leads a client management and business development team across the eastern United States for American Express Global Business Travel. Previously, she was Vice President of Sales for Canada and is familiar with the oil patch in Canada and the unique needs of GBT’s oil and gas customers.
Christina is passionate about the business travel industry and helping her customers navigate the constantly evolving business travel landscape. She has a proven track record of developing strategies to help customers build best-in-class programs that demonstrate value to shareholders and stakeholders including travelers.
