Sudhanshu Pandey

Sudhanshu is the Senior Director, customer Advocacy, within the Sales Organization and Business Development Group at Icertis. In this role, Sudhanshu has overall accountability for Business Development, Growth, Strategy and Delivery; focused on delivering a standardized process with an added focus on user experience and customer satisfaction.  Sudhanshu manages Pharma and Insurance Industry verticals and is part of the Customer Advocacy Leadership Team within Icertis.  

Sudhanshu leads Business development activity for major Pharma and Insurance customers spread across the globe, and drives Procurement contracting strategy with respect to technology, processes and organization in this space. 

Sudhanshu joined Icertis 4.5 years ago as Director Professional Services and lead implementation teams across North America. Sudhanshu is very effective at spearheading efforts in developing business practices, and in directing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting assigned schedules and maintaining excellent quality. 

Sudhanshu holds bachelor’s degree in Computer science and MBA in Systems management. Armed with background in large-scale delivery to Big-4 IT companies throughout diverse environment and industry segments.  Sudhanshu worked in Oracle, PriceWaterhouseCoopers and IBM Global services prior to joining Icertis. 

Sudhanshu, his wife Neeta, and their daughter Prisha and son Pratisth, reside in Edison, New Jersey.
