William Bagley

VP, Enterprise Supply Chain Freddie-Mac

William Bagley is the Vice-President for Enterprise Supply Chain at Freddie Mac. He joined Freddie Mac in July 2018 to lead a transformation of the procurement capabilities. This role is focused on establishing a strategic capability and delivering value across the enterprise. Mr. Bagley is leading the charge to define and execute Freddie Mac’s supplier strategy at an enterprise level to maximize the value Freddie Mac receives from their suppliers. Prior to joining Freddie Mac, William held senior leadership positions with Unum Group, Philips Healthcare, Aligent Technologies and Hewlett Packard, where he served in roles of Chief Supply Officer, VP of Supply Management, and VP of Outsourcing and Supply Management. William brings a wealth of experience in procurement and supply management and has led very successful teams in his prior roles.

William serves on the board of the Bessie Smith Cultural Center. He is a member of the Hacket Group Advisory Council and My Purchasing Center where he serves on the Editorial Advisory Board.

William received his Master of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts, and his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at the University of South Florida.
