Tanja Graman is the Head of Indirect Procurement at Divisions Maintenance Group (DMG), a national facilities management company based in Cincinnati, where she is building the procurement function from the ground up. With 15+ years of experience across the full supply chain, including purchasing, manufacturing, and procurement, Tanja spent her career in industrial manufacturing environments, including time at Siemens Industry, where she developed a strong foundation in strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management. At DMG, she leads vendor strategy, contract negotiation, spend analysis, and RFP sourcing across a broad and complex supplier base. She works closely across legal, finance, sales and operations, with a long-term focus on building procurement infrastructure that keeps pace with the business.
