Simone Lichtmann is a Solution Engineer at Sphera, supporting the company's Supply Chain Risk Management product line. In this role, she works closely with prospective and current customers to design and demonstrate solutions that help organizations build resilience by gaining visibility into their supply chains — including the complex challenge of N-tier mapping.

Simone brings a well-rounded view of the customer journey to this work, having spent nearly seven years at Sphera across multiple roles: as an Implementation Consultant guiding customers through deployment and adoption, and as a Customer Success Manager helping clients realize ongoing value from their supply chain risk programs prior to her current role. Before joining Sphera, Simone held multiple customer success and support roles across industries.

With experience spanning implementation, customer success, and solution engineering, Simone brings a practical, customer-centered perspective to conversations about supply chain risk and multi-tier supplier visibility.
