Shereen Lannoye is Head of Procurement Business Partnering and Procurement Foundations at Astellas Pharma. She leads a global team across more than a dozen countries, aligning affiliate strategies with global priorities to deliver value across cost, cash, carbon, and agility. With experience developing global strategies and leading transformations, Shereen is building Procurement Foundations to focus on analytics and insights, including exploring AI solutions, as well as capability building and agile ways of working. This work elevates Procurement’s role as a strategic value driver and enables innovative solutions that drive growth and patient-centric impact.
