Shana N. Terry is a highly experienced public servant serving as Prince William County’s Chief Procurement Officer and Director of the Office of Procurement Services. With 25 years of expertise in public procurement and contract management, Shana oversees the strategic procurement function, ensuring compliance with regulations and delivery of quality goods and services, she holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree in Acquisition and Contract Management and multiple certifications including  Certified Public Manager, Certified Public Procurement Officer, Certified Federal Contract Manager, Virginia Construction Contracting Officer, and Virginia Contracting Officer.
