Senior Director – Consulting GEP

As a Senior Director in GEP’s Consulting Practice, Prince brings over 12 years of Management Consulting experience within Procurement and Supply Chain across Europe and the Americas. Over his tenure at GEP, Prince has lead several strategic global engagements and relationships with large firms, with a focus on procurement transformation, digital strategy, category management, process design and lean procurement operations management. Prince has worked extensively across various industries including Life Sciences, Food and Beverage, FMCG, Mining and Insurance.

Prince is also responsible for leading and directing large teams at GEP that specialize in delivering sustainable Cost Optimization initiatives, and Procurement Technology Implementation, aimed at reducing OPEX, improving EBITDA, improving Procurement ROI while efficiently managing demand, and bringing spend under strategic management. Prince specializes across a gamut of Indirect categories like Logistics, Professional Services, Marketing, Facilities Management, CAPEX, MRO. He also co-leads GEP’s BFSI advisory practice.

Prince spearheaded GEP’s business center and operations in Prague, Czech Republic for six years and is highly recognized for his collaborative style and leadership. Prior to GEP, Prince worked with J.P. Morgan Chase, managing the outsourced customer operations between India and Philippines.

Prince holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Mumbai, India.
