Peder Gustafson
Managing Director, Enterprise Transformation ZIPPeder brings more than 26 years of procurement leadership spanning industry CPO roles and strategy consulting. He served as Chief Procurement Officer at UnitedHealth Group, where he oversaw global procurement (for UnitedHealthcare and Optum), and previously led global indirect procurement for Medtronic and served as CPO of Ameriprise Financial and Columbia Threadneedle. Most recently he was a Managing Director in Accenture's Strategy practice, leading North America Procurement & Supply Chain for the Healthcare industry and Procurement Orchestration. As a practitioner, he gained firsthand experience building intake and orchestration capabilities beginning in 2015 and now serves as an Executive Advisor, partnering alongside Zip clients. Peder lives in Colorado with his wife and three children.
