KR Barron

KR has 15 years of experience in procurement with expertise in department creation, process innovation, and people development. KR joined Vendr in the fall of 2021 to build the company’s first Procurement Services team. Before joining the tech world, KR spent 11 years in the market research industry wearing various hats at MetrixLab, Macromill, and LiquidHub/Capgemini. She held roles from Sourcing Analyst to Director of Research Procurement and found a passion for the trade. KR made the jump to tech in 2019 via Procore Technologies Inc, where she led the procurement team and focused on process creation, optimization, and stakeholder engagement. As a customer of Vendr at Procore, KR connected with the Vendr mission. With the Procurement Services department stood up and thriving, KR is shifting her focus to pre sales support as a Procurement Sales Engineer. Her goal is to leverage not only her experience as a former Vendr customer, but as a procurement leader, to enable customers to quickly understand the value that Vendr brings to any organization. In her downtime, you can catch KR traveling and enjoying the food and beverage opportunities that come along.
