Gary Stoddard

Gary provides executive leadership on the business strategy and client engagement at Axia. With 28 years of global cross-industry procurement leadership experience working in dozens of countries, his ability to adapt culturally and positively engage with all levels of business stakeholders has been the foundation for success. Gary has deep knowledge of organizational development, procurement transformation, category management, strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier risk / performance improvement. This has enabled significant procurement transformation programs that have improved performance and increased supply chain resilience, delivering over $1bn in savings and sustainable value. Prior to the last 18 years of consulting, Gary worked for 10 years in senior commercial and procurement management roles at Rolls-Royce in the aerospace industry.
