Eugene Partridge III is a senior procurement executive with nearly two decades of experience leading enterprise-wide strategic sourcing transformations across Fortune 500 and high-growth companies. He has overseen multi-billion-dollar spend portfolios and delivered nine-figure savings by building modern procurement organizations that serve as strategic business enablers. Partnering closely with C-suite leaders, he aligns supplier strategy with growth, profitability, and risk management objectives. He currently leads Global Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Management at Pinterest, following senior leadership roles at Salesforce, Paycor, Munich Re, and Worldpay. Throughout his career, he has built and scaled global teams, modernized procure-to-pay ecosystems, and led some of the most complex and high-value negotiations in company history, including cloud infrastructure, managed services, and mission-critical technology agreements. His leadership approach centers on three principles: driving enterprise impact by linking sourcing decisions to financial and strategic outcomes; cultivating high-performing, diverse teams empowered by data and technology; and advancing transformation through digital platforms and AI-enabled decision-making.
