Chad Johnson

VP, Chief Procurement Officer Humana

Chad is currently the Chief Procurement Officer at Humana, which includes procurement, Accounts Payable, Supplier Diversity, Print and Contracting for Indirect Spend and is located in Louisville, KY. 

Previously, Chad worked at McKesson Corp., where he served in procurement leadership roles since 2014. At McKesson, he was directly involved in process redesign, rolling out a Category Management framework, establishing procurement strategy, leading a digital transformation, and developing talent for future roles across the company. Prior to McKesson, he has held leadership roles at Accenture, IBM, Pfizer and Delta.  

Chad has an MBA degree in enterprise risk management and finance from the University of Georgia, a master’s degree in technology management from Mercer University, and a bachelor’s degree in biology from Clemson University.
