She has built her career in regulated financial services, with a deep experience across sourcing, vendor management and Third-Party Risk Management. Prior to this, she spent several years in Australia working across procurement and vendor risk management within both banking and healthcare, which has shaped her approach to building practical, well-governed programs. Her focus is on creating scalable solutions that align to regulatory expectations while enabling the business. She has led initiatives including M&A integration, policy and procedure modernization, and strengthening vendor risk frameworks to drive consistency, transparency and control.
