1:15 PM ProcureCon Partner Workshop : Building a 90-Day Procurement Impact Plan: A Working Session

The most effective procurement teams are growing their impact through focused 90-day sprints. In this hands-on session, you'll work in small groups to build a practical action plan for one of three common priorities: consolidating tail spend, speeding up intake-to-PO cycle time, or improving spend visibility and compliance. Using a simple framework, each group will map out quick wins and key success factors, then share its top idea with the room. You'll leave with a plan you helped build and can put to work right away.

Check out the incredible speaker line-up to see who will be joining Andrew.
