Carol Danoff is EVP and Chief Procurement Officer at Warner Bros. Discovery. She is a highly influential leader with a proven track record across multiple industries. Carol excels in aligning with business partners to design and implement best-in-class sourcing strategies, process improvements, and compliance methodologies. She is known for leading high-performing global teams, consistently delivering sourcing solutions that drive business growth, and enhance customer and supplier relationships. Her key achievements include delivering significant year-on-year cost savings, cash flow improvements and operational efficiencies while maintaining service quality. Carol joined Discovery in 2018 as Chief Procurement Officer and her role expanded to CPO for Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD) with the merger of Warner Media and Discovery in 2022. Previously she held Procurement roles of increasing responsibility at Novartis, Mattel, Colgate-Palmolive, Pitney Bowes, and Motorola. Carol actively advocates for inclusion and champions WBD’s Supplier Diversity Program. Carol holds a B.A. degree in Business Administration and an MBA from Florida Atlantic University. She is an active member of Procurement Leaders, as well as, serving on their Advisory Board. She also serves on the Advisory Boards of SAP, Spend Matters, SpendHQ, and ProcureCon.
