Victor is Regional Senior Director of General Procurement at Airbus. As such he leads the team in charge of indirect procurement as shared services accross Airbus' divisions in North America. He has over 17 years of experience in various direct and indirect procurement roles in the Aerospace industry, in three diffenrent countries: France, Germany and USA. During this time, he held the position of CPO of Latécoère, a mid-size aerostructures company, tier-1 supplier to the aircraft manufacturers. His experience goes beyond procurement and include a role of VP Industrial Strategy at Latécoère's Interconnection System division where he standardized the operating system and launched a smart factory. With a Master of Science in Engineering, Victor strated his career in the design office at Airbus.
