Nick Heinzmann

As Head of Research, Nick works with customers and industry influencers to power Zip’s thought leadership, product and competitive strategies. His research interests include the role of user experience in value realization for B2B software; the ways emerging technologies are used to shape and influence business relationships; and business process design, especially for procurement. Prior to his role at Zip, Nick served as VP of Research at Spend Matters, where he architected new research initiatives and built the firm’s analyst training program. A two-time graduate of Northwestern University, he lives in Chicago with his wife and three kids.
