Luis J. Concepcion is a seasoned procurement executive with over 20 years of experience in supply chain and sourcing strategy. As North America Capital and Indirect Procurement Leader at DuPont, Luis leads a team of category managers and buyers responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies across Engineering & Design, Maintenance, Construction, MRO and Environmental Services, among others. Based in Wilmington, Delaware, Luis manages high-value contracts involving proprietary DuPont technologies and ensures alignment with corporate objectives. His expertise spans contract negotiation, supplier relationship management, and strategic sourcing, with a strong focus on delivering operational efficiency and cost savings. Prior to joining DuPont in 2003, Luis held supply chain roles in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors in Puerto Rico. He holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico and an MBA in Business Operations. He is certified as a CPSM and CPSD by the Institute for Supply Management and is a Six Sigma Green Belt.
